Skye Nguyen

Future Workshop Facilitator, Researcher

Skye Nguyen is a Teaching and Research Assistant at Dublin University, Institute of Education. Her research focuses on belonging and identity construction in adolescents, global citizenship education (GCE), future literacy, social inequities in education. Her research interests are inspired by her experience as an secondary school educator, in both the private and public sector, with a deep interest in ethical/ epistemology education, GCE and education for sustainable development. She has worked in several countries including Vietnam, the United States, India, and Ireland and with students from all over the world.

Skye holds a degree in English Literature and K-12 ESL/ EAL Education (St. Olaf College, USA), and a Master in Critical Perspectives in Education (Trinity College Dublin).
