Klaipėda County Ieva Simonaitytė Public Library (KLAVB) is a regional public body established in 1950 that serves as a methodological center for learning, culture, and digital innovation. Branded as a „House of Change“, the library provides a safe space for exploration, critical thinking, and social participation, welcoming approximately 1,000 visitors per day. KLAVB is a leader in non-formal adult education and cultural engagement, organizing over 900 cultural and educational events annually. The library aims to promote lifelong learning and information accessibility, advance inclusion and diversity, cultivate cultural participation.
