Klaipėda County Ieva Simonaitytė Public Library (KLAVB) is a regional public body established in 1950 that serves as a methodological center for learning, culture, and digital innovation. Branded as a „House of Change“, the library provides a safe space for exploration, critical thinking, and social participation, welcoming approximately 1,000 visitors per day. KLAVB is a leader in non-formal adult education and cultural engagement, organizing over 900 cultural and educational events annually.
