I have worked in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector in Ireland for more than 35 years. Currently, I am the Programme Chair and a lecturer on the Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education & Care Programme in Technological University Dublin. My PhD research title is: An exploration and conceptualisation of pedagogy in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) by Early Childhood Educators (ECE)in Ireland. I aim to focus on the responsibility and grá for ECEs pedagogy.
