My main research interests are information management and user information behaviour. I have been conducting research on user information behaviour since my dissertation, undertaking individual and collaborative studies across public and academic sectors. Research findings have been published in peer-reviewed journals, monographs, and presented at national and international conferences. I actively participate in project activities by submitting applications to national and international funds. I am currently the Head of the Department of Organisational Information and Communication Research.
